Deborah Tomasi

Teaches at Fordham University PCS

Deborah Tomasi is a senior manager at Boston Properties currently overseeing the GM Building, a two-million square foot world-renowned NYC commercial property. Deborah’s 30-year commercial and residential property management career includes working with Class A real estate developers Hines Interests and Shorenstein Company and serving as a managing director for Cushman & Wakefield 5-million square foot portfolio of properties. 

Her clients have included Metlife, Teachers, Sony, NYU, Malkin, NYPH, The Ford Foundation and Morgan Stanley. Tomasi teaches the Principles of Commercial Property Management for the Fordham Real Estate Institute at Lincoln Center. Deborah has received numerous industry awards including the BOMA NY Pinnacle Award for Renovated Building during her tenure at 200 Park Ave, BOMA Outstanding Local Member and REBNY John M. Griffin Community Service Award. She is an active member of the greater New York commercial real estate industry. 

She sits on the BOMA/NY Board of Directors and chairs the newly formed BOMA Technology Committee. She is also an active member of IREM and Women Executives in Real Estate. In 2016, Deborah founded Defeat the Streets, a charitable fundraising organization.
