Richard Hresko

Teaches at Fordham University PCS

Richard has a BS in Chemistry from Fordham, and master’s in both Organic Chemistry and in Physical Chemistry from NYU, among other degrees. He was the academic director for the Health Career Opportunities Program at Rose Hill in the 1980s and has taught general and organic chemistry at various institutions. He has been a research and development chemist in the pharmaceutical division of Ciba-Geigy, specializing in the synthesis of anti-hypertensives and ACE inhibitors. Additionally, he has conducted MCAT review courses at City University, the University of San Francisco, and other colleges, as well as reviews for other graduate school entry exams. His approach to standardized exams in general, and the MCAT in particular, is based on his interactions with students for over three decades, as well as his understanding of the admissions process for graduate studies.
