Steve Goldberg is an experienced tax and real estate attorney with an active legal practice and years of experience teaching at Baruch College, Steven L. Newman Real Estate Institute and other institutions. He has published four tax textbooks, numerous articles and given many lectures. He teaches real estate closings, title searches, multi-family housing, real estate taxation, as well as basic real estate licensing and continuing education classes.
He adds practical experience and stories from his legal, real estate and tax work. These examples help students understand simple and complex real estate and tax strategies (1031 exchanges, residential and commercial transactions and estate and pension issues). He is a dynamic and passionate teacher who assures his students an exciting learning experience.
