Chef instructor Sarah Blair is our newest addition to the Brooklyn Kitchen Labs, but is well seasoned in teaching menus from all over the world. She has travelled the world studying both east Asian and European cuisine. While leading gastronomic tour groups, Sarah fell in love with the food of Greece.
