Scott Burkhardt was a writer on the NBC drama “Smash”, and is currently a Consulting Producer on “Men in Shorts”, a comedy pilot for ABC/Universal TV. His work has been the recipient of various awards and grants from 20th Century Fox, New Line Cinema, Slamdance, etc.

He is a graduate of Columbia’s School of the Arts, where his short film The Assastant was nominated for a Student Academy Award and distributed by Cinetic Media as part of their FilmBuff series on Hulu.com.
