You will need a reliable Internet connection as well as a computer or device with which you can access your virtual class. We recommend you arrive to class 5-10 minutes early to ensure you're able to set up your device and connection.
Class Delivery:

What you'll learn in this kids on-camera class:
Whether it’s their first time in front of the camera or they already have some on-set experience under their belts, kids will always be influenced by the shows they see on TV, or by whatever goes viral on a seemingly daily basis. This can often mislead the younger viewers to think that hamming it up for the camera is more entertaining than being truthful and organic in your expression.
Our Kids On-Camera class explores the fundamentals of honest and truth-centered acting through a variety of comedic and dramatic monologues and scenes. We work on the basics of dissecting a script, identifying beats, transitions and operative words, in order to infuse passion to what we say, rather than blandly recite it. We’ll explore the different genres of dramatic vs. comedic acting, all based in truth and understanding of moments.
We take a gradual approach towards internalizing the scripted copy in such way that the actors aren’t just talking to the camera, but actually reaching through the lens and making meaningful connections. A must for auditioning actors!
Remote Learning
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.

Refund Policy
Payment Plan Charges. Once you register for an event, the seat has been purchased and is all yours. Should you buy a seat at any class or workshop with the school payment plan, you will be billed for the entire price of the seat, as initially contracted.
Make-Up Classes. We want you to get all your classes in. So, we have alternate day make ups. You may also come to several classes in a day to make up the classes you’ve missed. We ask all make ups be made within the same session for which you registered.
We want you to get your monies worth. Should you not be able to attend the entire class sessions, we’ll give you credit to come to any full class series in the future.
