I grew up in Hollywood with parents who were both avid gardeners and I spent many days in nature. I first started attending Ikebana classes a year after graduating from college. I love the poetic quality of bringing a touch of nature into the places we live and work, while learning how to make up for the small scale by making our art “better than nature.”

the teacher was knowledgeable and very patient. She worked many hours outside her teaching responsibility of 2 hours to purchase flowers and get them to class. her feedback and help was outstanding and much appreciated. it was such a good experience I signed up fr Level 2.

My instructor was so sweet and friendly. It was such a pleasure to learn ikebana from her. My classes were so peaceful and fun. I would take this class again and would certainly recommend it!
