Description

In this class you will learn tricks and poses in an aerial hammock that is between chest and head height off the ground.

Prerequisite:
Must be able to do a pullover into a head/shoulder height hammock. Recommended to have taken 3-5 Beginning Silks classes.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to class if you have never taken classes at Aerial Theory before.

Wear athletic clothing that you feel comfortable in when going upside down.

Great class ... We worked in sets of four the class was explained thoroughly, instructor took time to walk through every combo on the fabric...not for beginners, But great class to challenge yourself if you are familiar with hammocks
