What you'll learn in this yoga class:
Deep Yoga Flow connects breath to movement so the physical practice of Yoga (asana) becomes a meditation in motion that fosters flexibility, strength, focus and clarity.
Requirements for In-Person Attendance:
- Proof of complete COVID-19 vaccination
- Masks must be worn at all times in the center and courtyard unless actively drinking or eating
