Opened in 2012, move-sf reflects the fitness philosophy, training and expertise of founder and owner Matt Tripp. A true “movement geek” with an extensive background of personal training, athletic performance, and holistic nutrition & wellness, he created the optimal space in which to move and get fit.

Located in the city’s Pacific Heights area, move-sf is the ideal fitness playground, and is adaptable to numerous different styles of training and movement.

move-sf welcomes anyone who wants to improve their fitness and wellbeing. A diverse range of fitness options are open to all with group exercise classes, small group sessions, and one-on-one personal training.
