General Assembly

This was the note I left for the instructor and that I emailed to you yesterday. So disappointing. Not at all what I expected. I do wish that my emails had been answered before I paid. Yes, this is me leaving General Assembly a BAD review. Not you, you are full of great information for SM 201. I was expecting SM 101. I really didn't feel like asking basic questions in this environment. Perhaps you can tell GA to answer questions from customers. Hmmm, something you covered in the class and they aren’t doing. I would appreciate an answer as to how you will make this right for me. I didn't need to spend $250 for a class I did not need or want.

I thought it was great and covered a lot of ground with getting started with wordpress. I was able to set up a website the next day

Nicole is just amazing! Her way of teaching the course kept me engaged and eager to learn more. All the materials were explained in a clear, concise and easy to follow manner. I highly recommend taking this class with Nicole.

Disorganized and unreachable. The confirmation email I received listed the wrong day and time and I received no response when I tried to contact them for confirmation. I changed my schedule to accommodate the “new” time and when I logged in I received an error message stating the the class was unavailable and listed the original time that I had signed up for. Then it took another few days to finally hear from them and I am waiting on a refund. And I still never received a response to my very first email asking about the schedule change.

This was an A GREAT CLASS! The instructor was very informative. I learned so much and he made the class easy to follow. I highly recommend.

The workshop was full of helpful information and meaningful exercise!

Interesting class, engaging teacher. Felt like showing Youtube videos was a bit of an easy out...

For a couple hours on a weekday, it had a ton of great content that I can apply in many ways.

Did not receive the (zipped) files until 40 minutes before class. Because of this I felt unprepared as I didn’t even have time to arrange my files for easy access. Would have loved to have time to print a few pages of the pdf for easy reference and look over the files for quicker access during this fast paced course.

Great class.... pace was good. Most questions were answered. Instructor was knowledgeable. Needed a copy of the presentation that was not provided.
