The people on my team need to work together to in order to deliver one product, so the more comfortable they feel communicating using the same terminology, talking about different kinds of skills, and when they try a different technique they understand each other why they are trying a different technique. I function as a business analyst with a clinical component looking at patient safety as well as how the project actually works for the end user, so it was brand new to me to have to write a user story. I had no idea what user stories were. I had no idea what case scenarios IT testing was, so they sent me to the Business Analyst Boot Camp.
