My name is Adrianna and I have been in the Food Service Industry for almost 10 years now, though food has been a passion of mine since I was a child. I grew up watching my Italian great grandmother make classic dishes that she learned back in Sicily. From that very young age I knew that cooking was going to be my biggest passion in life.
I went to a technical high school for culinary arts and then went onto attend Johnson & Wales University, the best culinary university in the country to hone my skills as a chef. I have had every position in the industry from dishwasher to head chef. But I quickly found that my true calling was teaching and inspiring others to see beauty that cooking can bring.
I truly hope that I can inspire you to see that cooking from scratch can be a fun and easy process that you can share with your loved ones.
