Chef Sara earned a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Delaware. She then attended the Culinary Institute of America in St Helena California to earn her Certification of Culinary Arts as well as her Level 1 Sommelier Certification. During her professional career, Chef Sara has worked in the kitchens of Thomas Keller's Bouchon Bistro in Yountville, CA and Johnathan Sawyer's Green House Tavern in Cleveland, OH. She also spent time working and training in the Napa Valley where she further refined her food and wine expertise. All of these experiences have strengthened her passion and knowledge for food and wine and she relishes in sharing these experiences with others!
