Chef Ygael grew up around the kitchen and feels lucky all of his family members are gastronomes. Both of his parents have been involved in food business ventures, and he started cooking as a teenager, and later studied at the FCI. He has 23 years of cooking experience including running a catering company as head chef and event planner and has taught a variety of cooking classes to adults and children. He also works as a private chef and enjoys helping his clients host an easy and enjoyable event for themselves and their guest. His newest project is a sauce and condiment company called Food Snob Inc. He manufactures an all natural Harissa.
