He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, in the 90’s. He worked in restaurants for some top name chefs in the business. He trained under David Burke and Ed Brown. He did 5 years at an Upper East side café as head chef; he then got experience in hotel/catering at the Marriott Marquis at 45th and Broadway. He did 7 years at The View Restaurants, and banquet operations.
In 2012, he started my own business: he works in corporate catering health care, private dinners and meal drop off and delivery.
