Linda, CIYT, began her studies at Unity Woods in 2003 soon after her son was born. She began teaching yoga in 2008 and apprenticed with John Schumacher.

Linda is a practicing attorney who holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan and degrees in Journalism and French from the University of Missouri. Linda believes that a dedicated yoga practice provides energy and equipoise to enjoy a full life with family, friends and work. Her classes focus on empowering and encouraging students to develop their own practice.
