Teaches at Pole Pressure

Sarah is known for her deliberate and biomechanically informed sequencing and cuing. She incorporates wrist preparation, hollow body handstand training, scapular positioning and correctives into her asana classes. Sarah also teaches Pilates and apparatus, suspension training (TRX), aerial yoga, acro yoga, self-myofasical release, gymnastics strength training, and mobility for performance. She teaches a movement quality that is recognizable in that it combines strength with mobility, form with fluidity, and control with freedom.

Sarah also has a Master's degree in Nutrition and provides nutritional consultations, specializing in eating for performance, navigating the symptoms of digestive dysfunction, seasonal cleansing, and is working on a cookbook. She has also worked as a private chef for individuals with specific nutritional goals and often presents on nutrition topics to corporations.
