Teaches at Jordin's Paradise

Hailing from Jakarta, Indonesia, Aichida Ul-Aflaha has always been a lover of all types of dance moves. After attending a friend’s Zumba class in graduate school, the workout quickly became a part of her weekly ritual as an effective stress reliever - it didn't feel like a workout! She quickly fell in love with Zumba, and following her friends' insistence to teach, Aichida received her Zumba certification in October 2014. In class, she likes to combine high-energy dance moves with more traditional exercises such as lunges, squats and arm curls to target specific areas while getting lost in the music. She encourages students not worry if their Zumba doesn’t look like someone else’s Zumba. As long as you’re moving and grooving, it’s your workout.
