Cara Reid

Teaches at Synetic Theater

Cara Reid is an accomplished voice, speech and dialect coach, most recently coming off the set of Oscar-winning Director Ed Zwick's newest film, Trial by Fire. Her private coaching skills were also utilized for the "Rosa Parks" actress in an upcoming biopic entitled Behind the Movement, and for talent in Jennifer Aniston's newest film, Dumplin'. She is also a professional working actress, recently on Homeland, Valor, and with a meaty, upcoming supporting role opposite Emmy-winning actress Laura Dern in a feature film. After years of coaching and performing in New York and Texas, Cara obtained her M.F.A. at Lousiana State University and further solidified herself as a strong teacher and talent in the booming southeast market. Originally from North Carolina, she considers this area her "home" and aims to help as many people as possible on the path to achieving their dreams.  ​
