Teaches at Pole Pressure

Kat is a native Washingtonian and former certified fitness instructor, having taught step aerobics, kickboxing, abs, and floor mat exercises. She is dedicated to physical fitness and healthy eating alternatives. She has trained in the art of Pilates, yoga, flexibility, weight lifting and many more. Kat developed a passion for pole dancing after taking her first pole class. She believes that all women are beautiful and their individuality is expressed in the art of pole dancing.
