Recommended before taking Soup Making 101 and Quick Pickling. Please note - this class will only be taught for groups of 2 or more. We will notify customers in advance if the class doesn't have enough participants, and they will be able to sign up for a future class instead!

Knife Skills 102 is all about 3D cuts. These are more complex cuts that we use every day in the restaurant.
