Start the new year with a fresh approach to craft cocktails. This hands-on mixology class at a New York City speakeasy focuses on clean builds, bright flavors, and thoughtful technique, highlighting how fresh ingredients and proper balance can elevate a drink without excess.
You’ll learn how to create crisp, refreshing cocktails using premium spirits, fresh citrus, and subtle herbal elements—cocktails that feel refined, intentional, and easy to enjoy.
Throughout the cocktail class, we’ll break down the fundamentals of cocktail making, including shaking vs. stirring, the balance between acid and sweetness, and how small adjustments can dramatically improve a drink. The emphasis is on clarity of flavor, not complexity for complexity’s sake.
This workshop is ideal for anyone looking to drink better, not necessarily more, and for those who appreciate well-made cocktails with a clean, modern profile.
Whether you’re resetting your routine, hosting a team activity, or simply looking for a fresh night out in NYC, this class is an elevated way to kick off the new year—one well-crafted cocktail at a time.
