What you'll learn in this kids drawing class:

The perfect introductory class to the important skill of drawing. Drawing is the most useful of all the visual arts and the perfect class to take before moving on to Painting. We will work on classic exercises to show students how to see shape and form. Explore demos in classical principle techniques for achieving proportion, perspective, shading, form & tone using still-life arrangements. Students will work in a combination of pencil, charcoal, inks and colored pastels. In the last few weeks of the course, we will put together all the techniques to create more ambitious accurate finished drawings.

Art supplies are NOT included in your online class fee

  • Keep in mind rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability in our other classes. All rescheduling is at the discretion of Creatively WILD Art Studio.
  • Rescheduling requests made verbally to an instructor, or by last-minute phone call or text to any member of our staff, will not be deemed valid notifications of cancellations or requests for rescheduling & are not eligible for any rescheduling, credits, or refunds.
  • If rescheduling is offered, it must be within your current enrollment period. Rescheduling does not carry over into new semesters. We do not lengthen sessions by adding extra classes to the end of the semester as they interrupt our curriculums and class calendar. Please do not email us after your class course is over and ask to be in the new semester.
  • Additional Fees apply:
    • There is a $25 Fee to make any changes to an existing registration.
    • In the circumstance that you are cancelling your full enrollment, you must give us at least one week’s notice via email. There is a $75 fee on all full class course cancellations.

  • CWAS will not be issuing any credits. If you do not wish to attend an online program, we will offer the option to transfer your current enrollment over to a friend, this will not be in the form of a direct enrollment into the current online program.
  • If the class you are signed up for is cheaper online, the balance will be used toward admin processing. No balance refunds will be offered.

Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy for Online Classes:

  • Creatively Wild Art Studio is not in a position to offer any makeups or rescheduling in our Zoom classes. Our instructors are professional and booked in advance and cannot be canceled last minute.

  • Rescheduling requests made verbally to an instructor, or by last-minute phone call or text to any member of our staff, will not be deemed valid notifications of cancellations or requests for rescheduling & are not eligible for any rescheduling, credits, or refunds. You must email your request at least one week in advance

  • If you miss your enrolled camp date due to any reason and did not notify us in advance, you are marked as a no-show & are not entitled to any rescheduling, credit or refunds.
  • If a camp is canceled due to situations beyond our control, for example, severe restrictions by the government or further lockdowns, CWAS will not be issuing any refunds for any bookings, instead, you will be offered the option of transferring your camp to an ONLINE activity.

Refunds:

  • After registration, class tuition is non-refundable and non transferable. No refunds will be issued after enrollment and payment.
  • We do not offer refunds on single-day class or camp enrollments.
  • We are not responsible for issuing refunds or rescheduling for any missed classes. If you do not show up for your enrolled class or camp you will not be entitled to any rescheduling, credit or refund.
  • Requesting to reschedule your enrollment before course start time or during will incur an admin fee of $75 for full class course or camp package.
  • In the case that you have signed up for a full class course, after your first class, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the program or feel it is not right for you, we will do our best to reschedule you into another class that is more suitable for your goals. If that is not suitable we will also offer the option to gift you the remaining credit in the form of a Gift Certificate to a friend who might enjoy the creative experience instead. Please note, the $75 admin processing fee is deducted as well as any classes already taken from the total fee paid.

Credits:

  • If you want to pull out of your class and request credit instead of any rescheduling option, credit will be issued that is valid for 6 months from the date of your original enrollment. It will be null and void after that time.
  • Requests to pull out of your enrolled class and turn your enrollment into credit must be received via email 48 hours prior to the class start date. If you do not notify us within that time period, you will not be eligible to any class credit or rescheduling opportunities.
  • The value of the credit will be for the balance of any remaining sessions (if any) with an additional deduction of a $75 registration fee.

Class Course Cancellations by Creatively Wild:

  • Although class course cancellations at Creatively Wild Art Studio are extremely rare, we reserve the right to cancel classes and make every effort to notify students in advance of these changes.
  • If enrollment goals are not met for the course CWAS reserves the right to cancel a session up to 48 hours prior to the class. We will notify you via email to reschedule the class to an alternative upcoming date or give you the option to transfer into another class, or we can offer you a class credit which can be used within a six-month period.
  • On occasion, a course start date may be pushed back if enrollment goals are not met. In this instance, you will receive a credit for the price of the class that did not take place.
  • In the event of a total class cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, and if a student is unable to switch into another class offering, a full refund will be granted.
  • In the event of severe weather conditions, Creatively Wild Art Studio will follow the NYC public school closing, and classes will be rescheduled at the discretion of our Director.
