What you'll learn in this pitch training:

In this class, you'll learn how storytelling techniques from film and other narrative arts can take your pitches and presentations to the next level. You'll also practice crafting personal stories that quickly establish trust with audiences and colleagues.

  • A more compelling pitch for your company/product/idea
  • An understanding of how you can connect emotionally
  • Techniques for quickly establishing trust with audiences
  • A framework for aligning your team around a strategic narrative
  • A grasp of what makes your stories work and how to improve them

Participants should bring something to write on (pen/paper, laptop, etc.). No pre-work required.

Great class overall! My only critical feedback is that because a few of us had a hard stop at the scheduled time, the end felt rushed and it seemed we didn't get to everything the instructor had planned. Class was informative and engaging.
