Eva-Maria Spampinato

Eva-Maria Spampinato is an interdisciplinary artist, researcher and historian investigating art and design through the modes of craft, alchemy and the natural world. She utilizes her expertise of early modern artisan epistemology, and historical ‘remakings’ of art materials to make early modern thrifty art in the 21st Century. With twenty five years experience, she has sought knowledge through education, traveling, living abroad, learning art technical skills, histories and cultural heritages.
