Throughout you life, you may have experienced situations or circumstances that caused you to deny aspects of yourself, family, or peers. You may still feel as though you are unlovable. These repressions result in the birth of your shadow. By the time you reach adulthood, much of your authentic self is hidden away, only represented by your shadow. Because of this, you may no longer feel vibrant and enthusiastic about life.
Even though your shadow contains the traumas you have experienced, it also holds a profound link to your inner Light.
Revitalize yourself with a unique process to recognize and reclaim your shadow. Cultivate compassion for your dark side and reconnect with the abandoned parts of yourself.
Discover how to view even the most difficult people in your life as opportunities for self-discovery and healing. Move beyond the restrictions you have placed upon yourself and others and see the beauty inherent in your soul.
