Description
What you'll learn in this jewelry class:
Learn the history of jewelry mold making, and current low tech methods. Learn how rubber molds are made with the “Vulcanizer”and how they are cut. Instead of the same old printed jewelry, there are several other low tech ways to repeat the waxes. The wax finished products can be sent off site to be cast for a fee dependent on the metal's current market value used. Base metal choices are gold or silver.
Working knowledge of jewelry making or metalsmithing recommended.
Required supplies for this program:
- $25 Materials Fee.

Refund Policy
When class/workshop enrollment is below the minimum five days prior to the first day of class, the class may be cancelled. If there is a cancellation, we will contact registered students at least 4 days before the start of the class/workshop by email or by phone.
We will offer students the option to transfer into another class or receive a full refund for the amount paid.
Classes are not refunded due to failure to attend class, planned absences, minor illnesses, or vacations.
