Shannon Downey

Shannon has been running her own marketing firm since 2009, helping businesses improve their marketing strategy through social and digital media. She has worked with businesses both small and large across a variety of industries. Her wealth of experience and knowledge make her a great choice to lead our marketing and recruitment courses in Chicago!

Kathy Sipple

Kathy is the CEO and Chief Strategist of her own consultancy company based in Chicago, where she leads Imparture's courses on marketing and recruitment. She started her career in direct mail advertising back in the 90s, and has embraced new technology in subsequent roles, including Consultant at Forward Progress, Inc, Social Media Manager and Marketing Director for the Lindsey O'Brien Wishing Tree Foundation and Development Director for the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce.

Alex Navas

Alex has been training marketers since 2007 when he founded his own consultancy firm. Prior to this, he gained business and entrepreneurship qualifications from Oakton Community College. As a lead trainer, Alex teaches our marketing, recruitment and Google Analytics workshops in Chicago, as well as our Google Analytics online class.
