Judy Ryan

Teaches at Museum of Fine Arts

Judy Ryan received her BFA in Painting from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana and her MFA in Painting from Boston University. She received the Frances A. Kinnicutt Foreign Travel Award administered through the Worcester Art Museum and an artist support grant through the Somerville Arts Council. She has taught private classes and workshops at many local institutions including the De Cordova Museum in Lincoln, the Worcester Art Museum, Newton Center for the Arts, Cambridge Center for Adult Education, and the Emerson Umbrella for the Arts among others. Ryan resides in Gloucester, MA and is a member of the North Shore Art Association.
