After earning her B.S. in Health Education from Worcester State University in 2014, Kelly pursued a career in the fitness industry. To embrace her passion for educating individuals and helping them achieve their physical and mental goals she works as a group and individual fitness instructor in Boston. Kelly's inspiration to help others comes from years of competitive figure skating, cheerleading, and her overall desire to create health and wellness in the community. Kelly's approach focuses on behavior and lifestyle changes through reeducating and enhancing an individuals mind body connection.
