Madeline McNeely & Michelle Ehrenreich

Madeline McNeely is the founder of Conditioning Leaders. For more than 25 years, she has been a coach, consultant, facilitator, and trainer to leaders in business and nonprofit settings. McNeely is a master-level coach who develops other coaches. She has designed and taught classes on leadership mastery, cultivating presence, and embodied leadership. Her corporate clients include Abt Associates, Medidata Solutions, and Putnam Investments, and her nonprofit clients include City Year and Justice Resource Institute. She holds an MEd from Temple University.

Michelle Ehrenreich is the founding partner of Acuity Partners, a management consultancy firm that helps clients develop effective business, marketing, and communications strategies. She has helped hundreds of executives become more effective leaders and communicators. Previously, Ehrenreich developed workshops and management communication training programs at McKinsey and Company, and marketing and growth strategies for Mercer Management Consulting. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MS in applied mathematics from Stanford University.
