Give as a Gift Book as Private EventLearn to make the delicious French puff pastry, the Mille-Feuille, also known as Napoleon! The preparation of the mille-feuille includes the special folding technique, making a light custard cream, and of course, baking.
Students will also learn to make madeleines, the traditional French accompaniment to your tea or coffee.
Each student can taste their own hand-made mille-feuille pastry and madeleines or bring them home to share, along with recipes and detailed instructions.
