Description
What you'll learn in this modern dance class:
This class is a Horton based technique modern dance class. The class focuses on flexibility, strength, coordination and body awareness. Students will learn locomotive movements and choreographic dance combinations.
We will also do floor-work for core building, technical exercises to help improve full body fluidity. We will look at the elements of space, time, force and the means for freedom of expression.

Refund Policy
Clients must cancel classes at least 3 hours prior to the class they are registered for or they will be considered a "late cancellation" and be charged for the class.
5 Class Packages will expire in 4 months; 10 class packages will expire in 8 months. Clients can pay $10 to extend the expiration on their cards for one additional month.
Fit4Dance reserves the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment and/or inclement weather. Students enrolled will be given the option to transfer the class or receive a refund.
