What you'll learn in this tango class:
This Valentine’s Day discover the passion and romance of the tango with your special someone.
Strictly Tango, the premiere NYC school for Argentine Tango, is offering a Valentine’s Day party. This event will cater to couples totally new to tango as well as to couples with a little more experience.
Our VALENTINE LIVE MUSIC PARTY is from 6:30PM-8:30PM. We’ll start the evening off with an introductory class on the tango connection, the sensual embrace, and elegant walking patterns. Throughout the evening you’ll be listening to the live music of celebrated tango musicians. Crooner Stratos Achlatis will be singing the most romantic lyrics ever written while Maurizio Najt plays the sensual melodies on the keys and an improvised performance By Sergio Segura and partner. We’ll be serving wines from Argentina and an assortment of delicious desserts and snacks. Later in the evening we’ll show you a sexy tango step with a dramatic pose–perfect for pictures!
Enjoy the greatest dance of love on the biggest day of love with Strictly Tango NYC!

Awesome intro to Tango - the instructors were great, very clear and helpful. Overall I thought the class had a good balance between structure and fun - I learned something, but I also got to hug my husband and eat some nice h'ors d'oeuvres and wasn't totally wiped out at the end. Thanks!
