We are a small pie company based in Brooklyn, NY whose mission is to offer you the finest quality, handmade, soul satisfying, savory and sweet pies! Our pies are made from scratch, using the freshest seasonally inspired ingredients. They are rich in flavor and uniquely and incredibly delicious.

We opened our first pie shop in October 2012 and besides crafting pies that are innovative for our store we offer a variety of wholesale products to other retailers, cater private and corporate events, teach monthly cooking classes and take specialty orders for our shop customers.

Our company was founded on the idea that everyone loves pie – and since we making love pie, in all of it’s glorious forms – it’s really a win, win..! We want you to love our pies, and think the best way to do this and to get to know us is to eat one. Every delicious bite will divulge everything you need to know.

We are pie-oneers trying to make life tastier, one bite at a time.

    Class was interesting, well-paced, with a lot of information very well presented. Cheryl, the shop owner, is an amazing teacher, and I would recommend her to novice as well as more advanced bakers. I received the class as a gift - what a fabulous find!     Looking to make the perfect pie crust? I highly recommend the Pie Crust Intensive! Both beginner and experienced pie makers will benefit from this class, taught with great passion by Cheryl from Pie Corps. What I loved was that you not only learn methods, but the science behind everything you do. The big bonus - you get to take home a fantastic apple (that you made), along with some great knowledge that you can apply to all your future pie making. Big Thumbs up!!

    A wonderful experience with Cheryl who showed us all we need to know to understand the proper methods of successfully making pie crust dough. We made our own dough and chilled it then rolled it out and made and baked our own huge apple pie. Delicious.She took the time to answer our questions and explain the details. If you are serious about baking and want to create delicious pies with true flaky crust then this is the course to take.

    My mom and I went and had a blast! Both of us are intermediate bakers but learned so much about how to use fresh fruit when making the perfect pie. The class was extremely informative with lots of conversation around the science of the recipes, hands on learning, and plenty of time for asking questions. One of the highlights was getting to make our own pie dough. The taste test after was also pretty great. Would definitely go again.

    Great environment for a pie class! The teacher was amazing and very informative. She really focussed on the science behind what we were doing. I left the class feeling empowered to bake! All our questions where answered and then some. I would highly recommend this class.
