Loved the class. Informative and fun!
Waiting for the recipes
Very friendly and knowledgable staff but our first go around resulted in raw doughnuts.
Amazing class! Learned some cutting techniques and worked together to create a Thai feast! Ayla was super helpful and kind.
Fast paced.. full of information.. lots of hands on and visual learning... really helps to have some basic bread making experience/knowledge before the class.. my only critique Would be to have a longer class (2.5hrs vs 2 hrs),so Reva doesn’t feel so stressed to get everything in.
Fun, but a little passive. All ingredients already measured out. All we had to do was pour into an industrial stand mixer (which none of us would have in our apartments) and watch them mix. Activity level felt like it was for a children's class. We did roll the dough and do the frying. The place is lovely and everyone very nice, but not sure it's worth $100.
Loved this class! The teacher was super knowledgeable and the facility was perfect. I would recommend it to both a total beginner and medium beginner - reva made it relevant for everyone.
This is my first class. I was nervous about go there alone so I paid one more for my friend to come with me. Hes hearing and I'm deaf. It wasn't bad. The version of hand pulled noodles wasn't what I wanted in my expectation. So I enjoyed my time with a friend. At least I learned something new for noodle salad.
Great class. You get to learn a cool craft from a real bagel expert. Highly recommend.
Such a great class! The instructor was super informative and I feel confident to make bagels at home in the future.
