Our chocolate making classes serve as a great activity for any special occasion, a corporate team building exercise- or just because! A perfect opportunity to make custom chocolate gifts for all your friends & family or purchase a class as a gift! Whatever the case maybe, we’ve got plenty of chocolate to go around. Custom gift packaging and gift certificates are available upon request, too! Spend your lesson in our chocolate factory learning everything from cultivating, tempering, tasting, coating to decorating your own delicious chocolate delicacies. Make popular treats like chocolate mustache lollipops, caramel kisses, chocolate bars, mendients, grignotines (french chocolate clusters of dried fruit & nuts), or even invent your own!
Accessibility: This school is not fully wheelchair accessible, but can still accommodate students.
Notes: Lessons begin promptly on time. Attendees who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be unable to participate and will need to reschedule their lesson for a future date.
It was amazing! We learnt a lot and had great conversations with our chocolatier. We had a lot of fun and brought tons of chocolate home with us!
More of a chocolate decorating class where you make your own chocolates with all the ingredients prepared and laid out for you. A nice instructor.
It was a really awesome experience! Me and my partner learned so much from this class
Had a great time! It was a unique experience and we ended up having a private class. We left with at least 7-8 bags of chocolate. Overall recommend it!
Great instructor(Stepahnie) fun all around :)
Once more we were the only ones attending! But it was fun and even as a food professional I learned a lot
Didn't really feel that it was worth the $75. This was a chocolate decorating class, nothing to do with making. I was the only student. I thought the teacher, Daniel, was knowledgeable and nice. Enjoyed visiting with him.
Class was really chocolate decorating vs. making. Class also only lasted about 45 min... the remainder of the time we drank wine we had brought while waiting for our chocolate to cool and solidify.
My daughter was the only student in attendance at today's class which made it extra special. The chef was very patient and amicable. He gave us some history on chocolate before walking my daughter through the process of making her very own chocolate bites. My daughter hopes to become a chef when she gets older and our chef offered insight into his experiences and history in culinary school. I cannot say how this meant to me and my daughter. We look forward to taking other classes at Tache Chocolate and other culinary classes in general.
Informative and a fun morning. Go prepared to be a 'child' again! Make sure you're in an adult class - I finished with children under 10 but a lot of laughs.
