About Caro Confort
Caro Confort is a comprehensive sex educator who’s passionate about pleasure, communication, intersectionality, and gender equality! She is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer and has a Master’s degree in Global Gender Studies from NYU. She specializes in women’s sexual and reproductive health education, access, and rights. She has collaborated with women and men in this field throughout New York, Zambia, Malawi, and the United Arab Emirates. She loves teaching and facilitating to people of all ages and cultures, and always places a strong focus on inclusivity and smashing stigmas! Her teaching style is all about being flexible and molding the class around what her students are most interested in. When she’s not teaching sex education, you can find her outside in the ocean, on a hike, paddle boarding, reading, or cooking up something tasty!

This class was very collaborative between teacher and students and laid some great foundations for open communication about sex. While this course was great for people in new relationships, seeking new partners, or long-term couples who have not discussed sex before in this way, we were hoping for more content for long-term couples who have had these conversations but need some tips on how to keep things interesting over time. -

It was informative and engaging - she made the course very comfortable and welcoming for a topic that can be uncomfortable. I do wish she asked if anyone wanted to share our demographics as I am a wee bit over 50 so I felt some of it did not apply to me. She did her best to be inclusive of all - cant wait to get her recommendations - I would refer friends to this course - very well done by the presenter. -

Caro Confort did a great job teaching and leading engaging conversation. She has a gift for making conversation around a topic that could be uncomfortable or even embarrassing really easy and fun. She sets the tone for a no judgement environment which lead to good conversation amongst all of the attendees. -

Instructor was warm and welcoming. You can engage at whatever level you feel comfortable. No video or active participation required. My partner and I found the content valuable and it’s initiated some good conversations between us. Would recommend if you’re looking to explore your comfort level with sex and discussing sex with your partner. -

This was really well done! Caro (teacher) was super professional and prepared and seemed incredibly sensitive to people’s different styles / preferences. It was well structured and gave me clear tools to use going forward. We also stayed anonymous for the most part which was a nice option. No pressure to participate. -
