Class was good just teacher speaks super fast!!! But overall was great
The workshop was so informative!!! You gain great knowledge when making your candle. Marla is a great instructor. There's a lot that goes into making beautiful candles, especially starting up your business. YouTube can't give you detail information like being in this workshop. I looking forward to her next workshop.
Instructor was phenomenal and the class was very knowledgeable I’m super excited to start this new craft
Marla seemed very knowledgeable about all aspects of candle making, from the tools, scents, waxes, etc., to selling them. We went through a handout she had (she also sent a link to the class online) and made a soy and a coconut wax candle. We used fragrance and essential oils for both (or a blend of two or more) in between going through the steps of making and selling the candles. I went to the class right after work and thought the three hours would drag, but they flew. I found this class very interesting and would recommend it to anyone who might be thinking of selling candles. Having said that, I'm not sure that I'd do more than make them for friends and family, and I'm still really glad I took the class. I would definitely take another class with Marla.
Had a lovely time, very informative.
Very knowledgeable. Teacher is experienced and has a lot of info to share. Class was a lil disorganized and I wish I did more hands on things that involved working with my hands instead of watching. Other than that, I loved the products I created and use them at home.
The class was excellent the tutor was amazing and the products to take away was wonderful just thought it could have been 2 days with all to learn but loved it
This class was fun and very informative and I look forward to experimenting and creating gifts for friends and family with what I learned.
Easy and fun
The teacher was very knowledgable about all things candles! I truly had so much fun creating my two candles. Both the teacher and her assistant were very sweet and worked well with one another. They had the perfect amount of supplies and a nice selection of both fragrance and essential oils. I'd definitely take another one of her classes!
