Chief Beauty Officer, Shola Akintobi began her love affair with makeup at age eight after applying foundation and a penciled in beauty mark to her cabbage patch doll. A beauty product fanatic, avid volunteer, event planner and entrepreneur, Shola began selling makeup from her dorm room in college and soon realized a lack of makeup application and skin care education that was readily available for busy women.

After graduating from Hofstra University with an MBA in management and marketing, Shola decided to open Best Face Forward (BFF) Makeup Studio, a luxury makeup concierge and resource for women.​ Best Face Forward Makeup Studio offers: traveling professional makeup artists (BFF2Go Glam Squad), a complete line of luxury and vitamin infused cosmetics and hosts monthly beauty workshops.
