A great starter-course and introduction to improv as a way to improve inter-personal communication, with lots of on-your-feet activities that create ways to engage with others in a safe, fun way. Instructor has loads of expertise and experience and is highly attuned to the needs of the group.

Great class. Very interactive and fun. I walked away with a few gems to apply to my daily life. I will book the three week course in the future to develop deeper skills.

It was a fun class. And surprisingly 2 hours went by so quick. The process was so simple but result was very satisfying.

The class was wonderfully thought provoking and challenged us to shift the lens through which we view the world (and our roles in it) just a little more toward the edge of our comfort zone. We had a great group of women attendees and Alex (our fierce leader) was exactly what we needed. It was a solid first step toward the personal changes we want for ourselves!

I was fortunate to come into a small class of 4 people, as there was a lot of space for sharing. I appreciate how Alex (our instructor), was patient, listened well to us all, and guided us through some really great exercises. This was another great tool for me as I see the applicability of this topic in both interpersonal and professional settings. I hope there is a way to make this a 2 or 3-part course. Thank you very much!

Lots of fun! Animated teacher, small group, and mini games made the class not as intimidating as I originally feared it would be :P Highly recommend!

Instructor was fantastic, and the student group got really energized by it, even after a long day. Great for college students looking to overcome the difficulties of public speaking and pitching their ideas.
