We’ll cover the basics including basting, marking, quilting parallel lines, and basic patterns. Want to use your own machine to learn on instead of using our classroom machines? Bring your machine with you to class! You’ll need a walking foot or a sewing machine with a built-in dual feed system.

Class fee includes the book "WALK: Master Machine Quilting with Your Walking Foot" and quilt sandwiches for using in class.

Sewing machines and neutral thread will be provided for use in the classroom.

  • Thread Scissors
  • Marking Pen/Pencils

Fun and helpful class for me as a new quilter. Teacher was fun and good energy, down to earth personality. She was very welcoming of questions and a great resource of information. Classes here are small and fellow attendees are friendly and supportive. I hope to return at least a few times a year.
