What you'll learn in this sewing class:
Join us for 5 weeks on Tuesday afternoons in October to learn how to sew! Kids and their grown up will learn hand sewing techniques, how to use a sewing machine, how to use patterns, and more!
If you have previously taken this class, please note that we will do different projects and you can move ahead at your own pace. This session is Halloween themed! Sew your own costume! Make cute and spooky stuffed creatures!
If you have never sewn before, don't worry- we will take you step by step and by the end of the session you should feel comfortable setting up and using a sewing machine.
Our new sewing lab is equipped with sewing machines, a serger, an embroidery machine, industrial machines, and a large cutting table. It is heated and air conditioned and clean! If you have your own machine, we encourage you to bring it with you so that you can learn how to operate your machine.
