• Animal Flow, which includes elements of Yoga and Capoeria, improving your range of motion, and coordination and Increasing your flexibility, mobility, and stability. I use my Level 1 Animal Flow certification to get you comfortable on your hands and feet as you move across the floor.
• and StripXpertease - exotic, sensual dance movements and strip tease elements. I use my master StripXpertease certification to teach you low-flow floor work and standing movements. We tap into your sensuality & sexuality to bring out your divine feminine energy.

No experience is necessary, so everyone is welcome.
