Are you new to yoga? Or you want to ease your way back into your yoga practice? Maybe you're recovering from minor injuries and prefer a light yoga experience instead of a power session. If this describes you, then Light Flow Yoga is definitely for you.

Connect breath to movement & soothing beats in this gentle Vinyasa class. Find your flow through sequences with an added emphasis on the basics and any special areas of focus. Tailor your flow with offered modifications and props. Support your practice using blocks, blankets, straps and the wall. 

Welcome to all, especially those new or returning to yoga or recovering from injuries. Take it easy and prepare to unravel your light!
