For pregnant and new moms with anxiety.
Note: If there are moms/parents that are teenagers, they are welcome to participate as well. But we don't allow children to sit in on the classes.

- Do you feel guilty that the thought of having this baby is not filling you with the joy you see in other women?
- Does your mind race with the "What if's" and the worries of what can or might happen to your baby?
