The Curator Gallery is a fine art gallery located at the 23rd Street entrance to the High Line in Chelsea, New York’s well-known art district. Using guest curators, the gallery exhibits works on paper, paintings, photography, and sculpture by emerging and mid-career artists in solo and group shows.
The Gallery’s mission is to bring exposure to hardworking artists, as well as to educate and expand the pool of engaged, serious collectors. Seminars on how and why to start an art collection are offered to groups on Wednesday evenings. Watercolor classes are offered to the public on Sundays.
The Curator Gallery was underwritten by Ann S. Moore, the retired Chairman and CEO of Time Incorporated. Her goals are to give back to the creative community she admires, to provide a meeting place for nonprofits she supports, and to create a robust marketplace to provide financial support and resources to working artists.

Having never used watercolors before I actually created a painting in this beginner's class. I would recommend it.

I really liked the class but I felt the instruction was lacking. It was a basics class so I was expecting a lot of help but didn't feel I received that at all. I also thought the instructor could have been a little peppier. My painting did turn out pretty good though so I'm happy about that!

Excellent class - the instructor was super and the setting perfect.
Even at the beginner level the instructor set up the class
logically and with attention to giving us tools to use for ourselves.
We left with a fully painted watercolor that we love. This was
present for my mother and she loved it too.
Very talented and yet approachable instructor - I will recommend
for sure. This class and Course Horse : )
Thanks!

Small two-person class with clear, easy to follow directions. I was able to produce a really nice watercolor painting by the end. I even learned some new techniques I was not aware of.
