Anna Arfaras is a certified sommelier and holds a B.A. in Hospitality Management from the Rosen College at the University of Central Florida. She spent three years at Mario Batali's Las Vegas outpost of Otto where she was Lead Sommelier. Currently Anna works at the jewel in the Batali empire, Babbo, where she continues her education and experience in Italian wine as a sommelier.
