Hi! I'm a Food Artist and Stylist who loves to find new ways to use my favorite ingredients to make people smile by putting smiles on my food! I believe imagination has no age limits, and through my blog, Luxe and the Lady, and Instagram account (@luxeandthelady) I share food that is as fun to look at (and make), as it is to eat. 

As a self-taught baker, I initially picked up my love for experimenting in the kitchen from my parents who would often let me help out with family meals, desserts, and even baking animal shaped bread. In my business, I've focused my creativity on using food to recreate adorable animals and the charming characters from my childhood.

I've had the pleasure of developing recipes and tutorials for Disney Family, Nick Jr., Sanrio, Pusheen, and many more – and am looking forward to teaching you how to make my cute creations! 

My classes focus on the decorating aspect of the desserts with a variety of options for all baking skill sets, including kid-friendly projects. Each class also comes with a PDF template to make recreating the characters and animals a piece of cake :). 

No experience necessary here! We will work together to master the techniques of piping, fondant/gumpaste sculpting, decorating with chocolate, and using sprinkles and candies you have on hand to create adorable, edible works of art.
